Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for products that are unused, unworn, and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ichimise.com or via the contact form on the website.

2. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders once the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Cash on delivery order will be refunded in your website wallet that you can use for future purchases.

3. Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable.

4. Exchange We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size or design, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

5. Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
